Our executive team brings extensive experience from some of the biggest companies across transportation and technology.
Dan is currently CEO of Chariot. He has extensive experience successfully developing and transforming companies to achieve breakthrough results, competitive advantage, and shareholder value. Prior to Chariot, Dan helped create General Motors’ mobility division, Maven, and led all operations as COO, and was a Vice President at Zipcar, where he helped pioneer the brand globally.
Alex is CTO at Chariot, where he leads Product and Engineering with a focus on vehicle routing, rider and driver experience, and automation of fleet operations. A seasoned CTO with over 20 years of experience in software development and innovation, he has a passion for solving tough business challenges with technology. Prior to joining Chariot, Alex built the ride-sharing platform for Wingz.
As COO for Chariot, Kari oversees the Marketing, Account Management, Markets, Drive Operations, Customer Support, and Business Systems teams. An experienced operations leader for consumer-oriented, quality-focused brands, Kari has held general and operations management positions at Sony and Disney, and was most recently VP of People Operations at JustAnswer. Kari holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
Greg joined Chariot as CFO after spending 18 years in Corporate Finance at Ford Motor Company. Most recently, he served as CFO of Quick Lane LLC, a subsidiary of Ford. He previously held various finance positions across the Ford organization. Greg holds degrees in Civil Engineering & Economics from Lehigh University and an M.B.A from the University of Rochester.
Kate is Chariot's VP of Markets, overseeing strategic growth and operations from the ground up in all global markets. She has over 20 years of experience in general management and marketing strategy, and was most recently the Director of Global Partnerships at Zipcar. Kate holds a BS from Providence College and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
As Chariot’s VP of Human Resources, Michelle leads the HR and recruiting teams. She joined the company after 18 years at Ford Motor Company, where she held various roles in HR supporting Ford's Product Development, Manufacturing, Finance, and Strategy organizations. Most recently, she served as the Compensation and Benefits Manager at Ford Motor Credit Company.
As SVP, Legal & Government Strategy, Doug serves as Chariot’s general counsel and corporate secretary. He manages Chariot’s global legal affairs, including market expansion and regulation, contracts, corporate compliance, labor and employment, intellectual property, and litigation. Prior to Chariot, Doug was a partner with major national and international law firms, where he specialized in representing start-up and technology clients in litigation and litigation avoidance.
